Xiaomi MIUI 14 release tipped for early December as features surface
Details of Xiaomi MIUI 14 have started surfacing, and it seems there will be no point upgrade this year. The Chinese company might skip MIUI 13.5 and release MIUI 14 instead as features of the supposed upcoming iteration surface online.

Xiaomi has upheld December 28 as the launch time for the new flagship Mi series phone and a new iteration of MIUI. They debuted MIUI 13 last December 2021, which is currently rolling out for eligible devices, and going by the latest reports, Xiaomi MIUI 14 release timeframe is leaning toward that time frame.
The Xiaomi 13 series phones are expected to debut pre-installed with Android 13 on top of MIUI 14, and if that’s the case, the December release date is the most likely. Google will release Android 13 in the coming weeks, and with MIUI 14 beta started, we expect both builds to be integrated.
