Xiaomi Pad 5 Android 13 update is now available in China
Xiaomi is yet to release the successor of the Pad 5 Tablet, but words on the rumor mill suggest the company is working on that. We believe that to be true, given the support it has delivered to the current version, which is now getting the much-anticipated MIUI 14. Interestingly, the update brings stable Android 13 to eligible users.
The Xiaomi Pad 5 Android 13-based MIUI 14 build has been on beta testing but seems more stable as it’s now seeding for Mi Pilot members. However, it’s limited to the Chinese models, but we expect the international models to get the update in the coming days.
The update is seeding with a version number MIUI 14.0.4.0 TKXCNXM and weighs 4.0GB. It delivers a stable MIUI based on Android 13, a new security patch level, and an advanced search in the settings app. Of course, it introduced the Photon Engine, Super Icons, New Widget format, optimizations, and security enhancements.
