Xiaomi started the MIUI 12 rollout in China a couple of days ago and has rolled the update to a good number of phones, including Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. Before now, the updates were beta ROM, and as such, fastboot ROM was not available. Yesterday, the company released an official statement, saying it’d start the stable MIUI 12 rollout in China today, and just as we expected, the update is now arriving starting with the Mi 10.
The update is arriving with a build number, MIUI 12.0.1.0 QJBCNXM. It will progressively arrive via OTA on your phone via the updater app, but since the rollout is staged, it might take a while before it appears. Nevertheless, we have added a link; Fastboot and Recovery, from where you can download the Chinese MIUI 12 and manually flash them.
The availability of the Chinese MIUI 12 fastboot ROM, means you can now sideload the ROM on your Global Mi 10 phone. However, the device bootloader needs to be unlocked. You can check this link and learn how to unlock the bootloader.
Meanwhile, arriving with the Stable Chinese MIUI 12 are all the expected features, which include Dark Mode, Floating Windows, New camera Functions, Unify Font, and Revamped system UI. Below are the features of MIUI 12 and all the bugs that got a fix.
