It has been a few weeks since Xiaomi presented its current iteration of MIUI globally. The update has reached a handful of phones, but it seems the deployment was delayed due to some issues. Fortunately, a fixed build has started seeding for affected users, meaning the rollout will probably commence soon. That seems to be the case as POCO MIUI 13 beta registration starts for global users.
POCO claims to be an independent brand, but they depend on Xiaomi. Perhaps, it’s only a sub-brand, as we have seen in the past couple of years. Their phones run MIUI on top of Android outside of the box, and they’re now looking for POCO MIUI 13 beta testers. It’s the same process as the ongoing Mi and Redmi recruitment, but in this case, you would need a POCO phone before you can apply successfully.
While the portal is open to anyone around the globe using POCO phones, they’re some requirements each person must meet before applying. Also, it’s important to note that this group of people, ‘Stable Beta Testers,’ will preview each stable build before their public release. Hence, you must have tolerance for bug.
