Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Global models start receiving a new stable update
Xiaomi has started sending out a new MIUI 12 update to the global users of the Mi Mix 3. The update comes with a version number, MIUI 12.0.2.0 QEEMIXM, and weighs in at 2.2GB. However, those on the first MIUI 12 will receive an update package of about 400MB. It’s expected to arrive in the coming days on eligible devices (running latest and official MIUI ROM).
The new stable Mi Mix 3 update brings the security fix for October and has improved the system security. It also fixes some minor bugs, and you scan for the update via the Updater App. If the update hasn’t arrived yet, you can either wait or follow the download link below for manually flashing using the recovery method.
However, the update is still in the Beta Stable phase, and you might encounter an error while flashing. If that happens, you’re expected to give it some days and then try flashing again, or you can wait for the OTA. We also expect other regions to start grabbing the new stable Mi Mix 3 update very soon.
