Black shark keeping its tradition has seen them debut the Black Shark with the X themed design. It also keeps the symmetrical build so you will find the shape of the triple camera housing down the rear panel as well.
Meanwhile, the company has partnered Tencent Games to enhance the gameplay of Black shark 3. The device features Tencent’s SolarCore Gaming Acceleration Engine coupled with the Gaming Engine offered by the Black shark. Therefore, you will find Tencent Games and 5G logos on the back panel of the device.

There’s a bit of an upgrade from last year’s Black Shark 2 Pro. Instead of a 6.39-inch screen, Black Shark 3, adopts a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel of 1080p resolution. The panel supports 90Hz refresh rate, and 270hz touch sampling, that combines 24ms touch response time and 28ms multi-finger touch response to minimize touch lag.
Back shark 3 Performance
Behind the performance is the Snapdragon 865 premium SoC with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 internal storage. It’s coupled with Adreno 650 GPU and multiple heat resolution for peak performance.
There’s a special liquid “Sandwich Cooling System.” According to the company, they’ve employed a dual-battery design with a 116mm motherboard in-between. They placed CPU and the 5G modem 39mm away from the motherboard not to constitute heat. Also, there’s a 100m liquid cooling unit secured on both sides of the motherboard. There’s a graphite coating on the two cooling units and an external clip-on ice-cooling fan in case you start needing more.
Back shark 3 camera
There was never a time when the camera was a prominent feature of the Black shark gaming lineup. However, the company has come up with some excitement from the housing arrangement. The camera modules are primary 64MP, 13MP 120° ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. The front snapper has a 20MP lens for video calls and taking selfies.

It takes a record time of 38 minutes to charge the 4720mAh battery present in the Black Shark 3 from 0-100%. The device supports a 65W flash charge and 18W magnetic charging at the back.
Other Black Shark 3 specs are 5: SN/NSA, Wi-Fi 6, X + X. There’s a new special voice control feature that lets you perform some tasks during gameplay. However, it’s only in some popular games like Tencent’s Honor of Kings and Peace Elite.

Black Shark 3 Price starts at $501 for the base 8/128GB version. The 12/128GB version will cost $544, while the 12GB/256GB variant will set you back $573. Pre-order for the device starts tonight while sales commence on March 6.
