Xiaomi has improved the speed of MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition deployment since it started the second phase in China. The company might be planning to announce the next iteration of MIUI – MIUI 13 in the coming weeks, according to our early report. And if that is the case, they’ll try to push the current build swiftly to focus on the upcoming build. However, only a few phones have snapped the Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5, which has arrived in Europe for the Xiaomi Mi 10T / Pro.
The Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5 update in Europe for the Xiaomi Mi 10T / Pro is a Stable Beta release. It means only a handful of users, particularly ‘stable beta testers,’ will receive the build for preview. The idea is to minimize the damage in a situation where performance-threatening bugs are found on the update. However, we doubt that. The update has already arrived for global and Indian models, and there haven’t been any bug reports yet. At least, an issue that’ll make Xiaomi delay the rollout.
Meanwhile, the update is seeding with a version number – MIUI 12.5.6.0 RJDEUXM. It comes in a 684MB package. For some, the update is just a security patch build as the Enhanced Edition changelog is missing. On the contrary, it’s the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced build, and you’d notice that after upgrading your device to the latest build.
The update has supposedly improved the speed of operation while providing more life between charges. It did that by introducing four features – Atomized Memory, Liquid Storage, Focused Algorithm, and Smart Balance. Aside from that new additions, the update has bumped the Android security patch to September 2021 to increase system security and stability.
