Shipt is a company based in the United States that can deliver groceries, household goods, and some electronics to your door. It works by matching you with a delivery person who will pick up your store items. The items will then be delivered to your home by the shopper.

How to Cancel Shipt Membership?

You can cancel at any time by reviewing your subscription information through your Shipt account.

  1. Log into your account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
  2. Navigate to your account page.
  3. Locate your membership plan then select View details.
  4. Next, select Cancel Membership
  5. Choose your reason for cancellation then select Continue

If you’re using Shipt via the website in a desktop browser, here’s how to cancel Shipt orders:

  • Go to Shipt.com, log in, and then click Account.
  • Then, select Order History.
  • Click View Details on the order you want to cancel.
  • At the bottom of the order, click Cancel Order.
  • Finally, confirm cancellation by clicking Yes.

Canceling a Shipt Order With the App

If you are not at your desktop device, you can cancel Shipt orders via the mobile app:

  • Tap the Orders icon in the bottom right corner of the Shipt app.
  • Locate and tap the order you want to cancel.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the order and press the cancel order button.
  • Finally, tap the Yes button to confirm.

Problems With Canceling Shipt Orders

You can cancel a Shipt order even if your delivery window is less than an hour away or if your shopper is already at the store, but you can’t do it yourself. If you find yourself in this situation, contact Shipt customer service to cancel the order.
