- Get your sim tool, turn to the left side of your device, and you will see a tiny hole that looks like picture above
- Gently force the sim tool inside the hole to pull out the sim tray
- Now check for how the tray is shaped and align your sim accordingly
- On the next slot after that, repeat the first step above
- Now instead of a single tray, it will be two this time
- Note: one is for Nano-SIM and the other for your SD card
- Check how the tray is shaped and align both your sim and SD card accordingly as well
- And yes, you should insert each one back to their base.
