Before going into that though, let’s make this clear; if you enable Apple Watch Power Reserve, it will no longer be “smart” but will  become more like an ordinary watch, as it would limit you from doing any other thing with it other than to check the time and you can only check the time when you press the side button. How to Use Low Power Mode on Apple Watch

By default, the Apple Smart Watch will notify you when the battery gets down to 10% and ask if you would like it to switch into the Power Reserve mode. You can decide if you want it to switch or not. But when it gets even lower, it will automatically save power by switching into the Reserve mode. If you would prefer to do this manually, let’s show you how.

How to Enable Power Reserve On Apple Watch

You can enable Power Saving mode on Apple Watch through two routes;

Through the Control Center

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of your watch home screen to open the control center
  2. Tap on the battery percentage
  3. Scroll down a bit and turn on the toggle beside ‘Low Power Mode’
  4. Tap on ‘Turn On’.

Enable Reserve Mode Using Settings

  1. Launch your watch Settings app and select ‘Battery’.
  2. Turn on the toggle next to ‘Low Power Mode’.
  3. Tap on ‘Turn On’.

For the two methods above, you can also set a duration for which you want your Apple Watch to stay in low power mode. To do that, after turning on the toggle for ‘Low Power Mode’, select ‘Turn On For’ and then set the time for which you want your Apple Watch Low Power Mode to stay turned on.

How to Disable Low Power Mode On Apple Watch

You can as well decide to switch off Low Power Mode on your Apple Watch by following through the below steps;

Through Control Center
