All recently released Xiaomi phones are facing essentially the same problems. That’s understandable as they all run MIUI on top of Android outside of the box. And for months MIUI has been plagued with lots of issues, some of which are yet to be fixed. Of course, Xiaomi is working hard on addressing the problem, which is part of the reason for rolling out the MIUI 12.5 update. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G received the update a couple of weeks ago but failed to fix screen touch problems and screen flickering.
Meanwhile, going by the changes of the latest Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G update, the screen touch problem and screen flickering are resolved. The update also improved video picture quality and some minor bugs. At the time of this writing, the update is only available in Europe and for global users. It’s seeding for the former with a version number – MIUI 12.5.2.0 RKIMIXM. The Europe variants are getting a stable MIUI 12.5.3.0 RKIEUXM. Both builds have the same changes, and hence, the update improves your touchscreen experience, screen brightness, and video picture quality irrespective of your region.
As usual, the latest Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G update might take time before it starts seeding for everyone. That is because only beta testers are receiving the update currently for preview. After the beta preview, and in the absence of any bug, the update will be released for the public.
