List of Xiaomi phones to receive MIUI 13 and expected release date

In April, Xiaomi officially unveiled its current Android skin – MIUI 12, which came along with lots of amazing features, especially the new system animation and system UI. Not long after the unveiling, the company organized a survey seeking its fan opinion on the features they would like to arrive with MIUI 13. And going by the Mi Engineers facet to face Q&A conversation that was posted on the Mi community forum a couple of weeks ago, the next iteration of MIUI will focus on improving the system animation.

Aside from improving the current system animation, no other feature of the MIUI 13 has been confirmed officially. However, we expect Xiaomi to integrate some of the Android 11 features in the next version of its Android skin. Also, there isn’t an official list of Xiaomi phones to receive MIUI 13, but going by how the company rolls out this update, most, if not all Xiaomi phones, will receive the update.

Xiaomi MIUI 13 launch date

Going by the MIUI 12 rollout schedule, which the beta version started seeding in April this year, we expect the same time frame for the MIUI 13. And since developers are already working on the next iteration of Xiaomi Android skin, we might see the update debut before the April time frame.

Note: Xiaomi has not released the official list of their phones that will receive MIUI 13. Expect the list towards the official launch of the update, which is something in April next year.
