Xiaomi announced the Mi CC9 in July last year, which they sold Globally as Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite. Both device debuted with Android 9 on top MIUI 10 and have since been updated to MIUI 11. Meanwhile, the former started receiving Android 10 two days ago, which was for the Chinese variant. Now, the Mi 9 Lite Android 10 is seen arriving for some random users.
The update is arriving with a build number MIUI 11.0.1.0 QFCMIXM, which brings Stable Android 10 to the device. It also comes along with an updated Android security patch for February 2020, bug fixes, and System optimization. The package weighs 2.3GB, and therefore you are expected to have enough storage on your phone before proceeding.

With that said, head over to your updater app and scan for the latest Mi 9 Lite Android 10 update. It should be there, but on the contrary, you should check back later. The update is said to be arriving for Beta Teams, Mi Pilots, and some random users, so it might take some time before you get a prompt notification.
