Xiaomi MI CC9 Android 10 arriving with MIUI 11.0.1.0 QFCCNXM

Xiaomi has two major ROM variants, the Chinese and Global ROMs. Out of the two, the Chinese variant is always first to get major updates, as we have seen in recent years. The Chinese version of Mi Mix 3 and Mi 8 Lite got the Android 10, a couple of days ago while their Global versions are still now. And now Xiaomi Mi CC9 Android 10 starts hitting the Chinese variant.

The update is arriving with a build number MIUI 11.0.1.0 QFCCNXM. It weighs 2.3GB and comes with Android 10 along with the February security patch to improve the system security. Like most all Xiaomi updates, it fixes bugs and optimizes System performance, below is the full Changelog of Xiaomi Mi CC9 Android 10.

Important note: “The update is an Android cross-version upgrade. To reduce the risk of upgrading, it is recommended to back up in advance personal data. Also, some third-party applications have not been adapted for Android 10, and there are compatibility issues.” 

You’re advised to see community announcements, and in case of the problem, you should update the app version in the app store and try again. 

The Xiaomi Mi CC9 debuted with Android 9 on top MIUI 11. It comes with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with a 91% body-to-screen ratio and features an in-display fingerprint scanner. 

You get SD 710 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB under the hood. The camera uses a 48MP snapper at the back while in the front panel is a 32MP sensor with face beauty support. Check out the full specs from here.
