The Android 11 update has been in open beta testing for a couple of weeks now, with the stable release expected to start rolling out in two weeks. September 8, to be exact. Aside from Google Pixel phones, other OEMs such as Xiaomi have also offered the Android 11 beta build to some of its premium phones.
Thus far, only the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, along with the Redmi K30 Pro/POCO F2 Pro are Xiaomi phones currently testing the Android 11 based on MIUI 12. Meanwhile, it seems Xiaomi is extending that privilege to its high-end device, starting with the Mi CC9 Pro, which is being sold globally under Mi Note 10 moniker.
It’s important to note here that the ROM is basically for the Mi CC9 Pro, which is the Chinese version of the Mi Note 10. But since both phones have the same development, you can successfully flash the ROM on your Mi Note 10 device. Unfortunately, you can’t sideload this ROM via the System Updates you’ll need TWRP Recovery to do that.
Also, the Mi Note 10 Android 11 beta update isn’t the stable release. Having said that, you’re likely to face system instability, bugs, and lags. We won’t recommend the ROM as a daily driver, but make sure you take a full backup of your data before embarking on the flashing process.

Again, the build is for the Chinese version of the Mi Note 10, but the duo shares the same development.
