The list of Xiaomi phones to receive MIUI 12.5 is a long one, and knowing that the company has been swiftly sending out the update. A couple of hours ago, the update arrived for Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro, and now, the POCO X3 Pro stable MIUI 12.5 update has been released in the same region. It’s a limited rollout for now until the preview phase is complete before it can start rolling out to everyone.
Xiaomi, as expected, has started deploying a stable MIUI 12.5 update for the POCO X3 Pro. However, only select users (Mi Pilots) will receive the update to preview if for bugs. In the end, if there’s no performance-threatening bug detected, the update will be released to the public. Interestingly, you can apply to become a global stable beta tester via this link. Xiaomi is currently recruiting new Mi Pilots members that’ll test each stable release before it’s made public.
Aside from bringing the features of MIUI 12.5, which is essentially an improvement, the update bumps the Android security patch level to May 2021 to increase system security and stability. You can check for the changes that came along with the update below.
Meanwhile, the stable MIUI 12.5 update for POCO X3 Pro comes as MIUI 12.5.1.0 RJUEUXM. It weighs in at 831MB and has improved system performance while addressing some of the persistent bugs.
