New Mi 9T EU beta Stable update Changelog
System
- Updated Android Security Patch to March
- Improved System security
App lock
- New: App lock is supported for all apps now
- New: Revamped the start page and optimized some features
From users in the Mi community forum, the update is safe. The bug causing apps to crash seems to be fixed while the battery performance has greatly improved. Nevertheless, the battery draining issue relating to the app “Android-System” is still there. But it seems to be an improvement as before the new update, the app alone consume 23% battery but now drains 17% of the battery.
Apart from the said bug, no other issue has been reported, so you should probably download the update when prompted.
Meanwhile, the new Mi 9T EU Beta Stable update is arriving at Random. It will first get to Beta Team, Mi Pilots, and users running official Beta ROM. After the Beta preview, in the absence of no serious bug, the update will start arriving for the public. However, you can check the updater app and see if the update has arrived for you.
