A new stable POCO M3 update released with Android 11 and MIUI 12.5. Download below..
There’s no doubt about the eligibility of POCO M3 for Android 11 and MIUI 12.5. Both upgrades will arrive on the device, and it could be soon, given the release of a new stable POCO M3 update Globally. The last update was in June, meaning the device is due for a new security patch build. And probably for that reason, the company had to start rolling out a current build to prepare the device for future upgrades.
However, it’s unclear whether the POCO M3 will receive Android 11 and MIUI 12.5 updates simultaneously. To make it worse, POCO M2 is receiving both builds together while M2 Pro is getting Android 11-based MIUI 12 update. That makes it hard to say. But given that Xiaomi had delayed the rollout till this time, we expect both upgrades to arrive at once. Again, Android 11 might start seeding first because of our previous report where a moderator hinted at the arrival of a new OS. However, we’ll get to see what Xiaomi decides in the coming days or weeks.
That said, we recommend that you download and install the new stable POCO M3 update to fortify your device. It has a version number – MIUI 12.0.10.0 QJFMIXM – to increase system stability and reduce lag. The update also improved performance while fixing bugs. You can check for it via the updater app or use the link below and download it.
Again, there’s no ETA as to when the MIUI 12.5 or Android 11 update rollout will commence. However, you can stay updated with the latest happenings on our tracker page. Hopefully, Xiaomi will release the updates soon, which is likely to start next month.
