A new stable update for the POCO X2 – MIUI 12.1.5.0 RGHINXM – is available in India. Check below..
A couple of weeks ago, Xiaomi started recruiting Global stable beta testers. They concluded the registration some two days ago and have released the list of selected users ahead of the MIUI 12.5 rollout. According to the global rollout schedule, the update will arrive on Xiaomi premium phones in Q2 2021, with mid-range phones expected to get the update after that. The POCO X2, which is sold as Redmi K30 4G in China will get the update, but at the moment, Xiaomi is yet to finalize the Android 11 rollout. Hence, the company has released a new stable update for the Poco X2 based on Android 11 in India. It also brings an updated security patch to improve system security while fixing some minor bugs.
The new stable update for the POCO X2 is hitting eligible with a version number – MIUI 12.1.3.0 RGHINXM – and weighs in at 682MB. However, expect a different size package if you’re running Android 10. The update has pushed the Android security level to February 2021 to improve system security and stability. It also fixed some minor bugs while fortifying the device for other upgrades ahead. Hence, you should download and install the update when prompted, especially if you’re on Android 11 already, to optimize the device’s performance.
Nevertheless, the update, as usual, is on a limited rollout, meaning only selected users will receive the it for now. It’ll start rolling out to the public in the coming days, but you can side-load the build manually. However, you might encounter an error, and that’s because the rollout is limited to selected users. When that happens, give it some time and try again, or you wait for the update to arrive via OTA.

Xiaomi has released a new stable update for the POCO X2 ahead of the MIUI 12.5 release. It probably the last update before the latest MIUI OS starts rolling for the device.
