For every Xiaomi phone sold in any country, it comes pre-installed with the country-specific ROM version, except that country is classified under global, which is represented with “MI” in each ROM build number. Aside from that, they also have the EU for Europe, RU for Russia, TR for Turkey, CN for China, IN for India, ID for Indonesia, and has just added TW for Taiwan to the list.

new update arrives for Redmi Note 9, Note 9 Pro, and Mi 10T Lite

Going by the latest update that started arriving for Redmi Note 9, Note 9 Pro, and Mi 10T Lite, it shows that the Chinese OEM has now developed a specific ROM for all its devices sold in Taiwan. We hope other countries get their own exclusive ROM as that will help differentiate each ROM.

Meanwhile, on the Taiwan Redmi Note 9, a new update with a version number, MIUI 12.0.1.0 QJOTWXM, is currently being rolled out. It’s a security patch update, which is also arriving for Redmi Note 9 Pro but as MIUI 12.0.1.0 QJZTWXM. The Mi 10T Lite in that country is also receiving a new update with a version number, MIUI 12.0.1.0 QJITWXM. The updates will arrive via OTA, but if you are in that country and want to perform a manual flash, we have added a download link to aid you.

i think you got confused between Mi 10 Lite 5G (Codename: Monet), with Mi 10T Lite (Codename: Gauguin)
The Rom number 12.0.1.0 QJIZTWXM belongs to Mi 10 Lite 5G NOT the 10T Lite
