[New release] Xiaomi starts pushing a new update to the official Mi community app

Xiaomi has revamped the Mi community app while integrating the new logo

Xiaomi has always tried to improve the official Mi community app with each update. But this time, the company has made a total overhauling of the app. They’ve incorporated some cool features with the latest update and also improved the performance of the app. 

Before now, the Mi community app is exclusive for Mi products, Xiaomi-related news, and other related tech news. However, with this latest update, varied contents can be seen on the app. According to Xiaomi, the idea is to provide a platform where Mi Fan would meet people with similar interests and mindsets. With the new official Mi Community app, you can talk about your hobbies, share beautiful daily moments, make new friends and connect with people with similar interests and passions. The App interface has seen some changes to make it better.

• The fundamental system has been changed to make it more responsive.
• Brand new UI layouts
• ‘DISCOVER’ section to give you access to more topics where you can share your living moments
• Uploading short videos directly to Mi Community App
• New search function

Note:

All points and Mi coins obtained in the previous version have been moved to the new system, but the numbers wouldn’t change in the new system for a temporary period. Xiaomi plans to revamp the point-level system so it will comply with the new rule. All the previous posts, replies, and favorites will be transferred to your profile but might take some time.

“Column” and “Dark Mode” will be added in the next version of the Mi Community app. Also, badges, formerly known as medals, have been moved to the new version. However, if you find some badges missing, they might belong to another site. At the moment, private messages haven’t been moved, and the company can’t promise that due to a change in the data structure.

• The Forum section consists of all the subforums in the official Mi community app.
• Download the app from the google play store or the APK file

Xiaomi is pushing a new update to the Mi community app. It has been renamed to Xiaomi community and the new update has a version number – V5.2.1. You can download the new update here.

Xiaomi has revamped the official Mi community app in China. They’ve integrated the new Mi Logo while changing the app UI. However, it’s a stable beta version at the moment, meaning it will contain some bugs. Only install if you can live with that or you wait for the stable version.

Xiaomi is pushing a new update to the newly revamped Mi Community app to improve the stability of the app. It also fixed some minor bugs and has a version number – V5.0.4. You can download the 21MB package from here.
