OnePlus 2 gets Android 13 via LineageOS 20
LineageOS has always been there for the Android community for those that want to try out new customizations and personalizations while keeping their phones in check(without bugs). This time, it’s the LineageOS 20 and it’s landing on the dead OnePlus 2.
The OnePlus 2 gets the Android 13 and this might be the time to take out this smartphone if you’ve kept it somewhere in your drawer because it can’t possibly be your daily driver, I mean, the smartphone was released sometime in 2015. Luckily, the Android 13 LineageOS 20 will be bringing some interesting functionalities to the smartphone.
Courtesy of an Xda developer, the smartphone with the update works well, from the WiFi to the audio, cameras, device sensors and even the data connectivity. However, the security section of the smartphone might be a little off. Be that as it may, the SELinux is set to permissive so it’s open for debugging – but proceed with caution if you’re planning to rock this smartphone as your daily driver.
