Pixel 6 Android 13 QPR2 March Feature Drop update delayed

Google started rolling out the March Feature Drop update to Pixel phones a couple of hours ago. The update, which was supposed to arrive earlier, was delayed till yesterday, and it seems Pixel 6 users will have to wait for the OTA.

After the Android 13 QPR2 update release, Google published the OTA images for other devices except the Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 6a. Initially, we thought the company might have mistakenly omitted those phones, but it seems Pixel 6 Android 13 QPR2 has been delayed.

Supposedly, the update will start seeding on March 20. According to a Redditor (Lookatviki), he contacted Google since he couldn’t find the OTA on his Pixel 6 nor the factory image, and they confirmed the update to start seeding on Monday.

Meanwhile, the March Feature Drop should already be available on your device aside Pixel 6 series. You can check for a new update by navigating to Settings>>System>>System updates. Or you can follow this link to download the factory images and flash them manually.

With the latest update, Google resolved 46 bugs and improved device performance. The tech company might have fixed the scrolling performance issue and the dead spot on the display we reported weeks ago, as the changelog mentioned some of them. However, we wait for reviews from people running the update to know what has been fixed.

You can check here for the complete bugs and improvements that’ll arrive with the Pixel 6 Android 13 QPR2 update, but they all hover around; Apps, Battery & Charging, Biometrics, Bluetooth, Camera, Display & Graphics, Framework, Sensors, System, Telephony, Touch, User Interface, and Wi-Fi.
