Xiaomi has released the first POCO X3 GT stable update in multiple regions, although the device is yet to be announced. That has now confirmed the global variants of the recently released Redmi K40 Gaming Edition in China. The device will arrive under the POCO branding, with the same design and specs but a slight price change.
As a gaming-centric phone, it sports a 120Hz refresh rate display of 450 nits of brightness. It’s a 6.6-inch IPS panel and under the hood is MediaTek Dimensity 1100 6nm Octa-Core Processor. The device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 67W charging. It also has a primary 64MP sensor and 16MP front-facing camera.
And going by the latest POCO X3 GT stable update, the device will be available in the global market, Turkey, and Indonesia. It’s likely to arrive in India under a different moniker. Perhaps, the Indian launch is not on the card yet and might be the reason an update didn’t arrive in that region.
On the global models, the update has a version number – MIUI 12.5.1.0 RKPMIXM – and MIUI 12.5.1.0 RKPIDXM in Indonesia. How to flash recovery ROM on POCO X3 GT
First, you need to download the recovery ROM and then move it to your device’s internal memory. After, you should head to Updater App and click on the three dots on the top left. Click choose update package and select the ROM that you downloaded. The system will verify the ROM, and once the verification is completed, the flashing will commence.
