Dynamic Island, yes, the very feature that makes the iPhone 14, iPhone 14, will be arriving on the Realme C55 by March 7-the possible date for the smartphone’s debut. The design will be much similar to Dynamic Island (not the same). Let’s take a look at the other features of the Realme C55.
Features of the Realme C55
The Helio G88 Processor will power the Realme C55, which will ship with the Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0. It will be available with two memory configurations: 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256 GB. The former will enable up to 6GB of virtual Memory extension, while the latter will support up to 8 GB. Both versions will include a dedicated microSD card slot for up to 1TB of storage expansion.
The 6.72″ FullHD+ 90 Hz screen on the Realme C55 will have a max brightness of 680 nits and a punch hole in the middle for the 8MP selfie camera. More intriguingly, the smartphone will include Apple’s Dynamic Island-like arrangement, known as Mini Capsule. It will show low battery warnings, the phone’s charging status, data consumption, and the day’s step count and walking distance. The last two will be accessible later via OTA and will not be available out of the box.
The Realme C55 will include a dual camera arrangement on the back, led by a 64MP sensor. It will also include a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W charging, which is an improvement over the C35’s 18W charging and a first for a C series smartphone. Because the firm just revealed that most Realme smartphones this year will support 33W or quicker charging, we won’t see any C series smartphones charging slower than 33W in 2023.
Other notable features of the Realme C55 include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone port. It will also have an NFC chip and Dirac’s audio tuning software. The C55 will be 7.89mm thick and available in two colors: Rainy Night and Sunshower. More details on the pricing and region launch will be relayed as soon as we get our hands on it- probably before the launch event.
