Redmi K30s
The Redmi K30s is also part of Xiaomi’s Extreme Commemorative Edition smartphones, alongside the Redmi K30 Ultra and Mi 10 Ultra. The company released the phones in commemoration of their tenth anniversary, with Redmi K30s the last to join the party, but with compelling specs. However, a close look at the Redmi K30s specs shows it’s a rebadged Mi 10T with a Redmi crest. That said, the specs are identical to the latter, but you will support only Chinese and English language because of the pre-installed Chinese MIUI ROM.

Redmi K30s specs
The Redmi K30s uses an LCD panel, which has been enhanced to deliver accurate details. And because of the LCD panel, the fingerprint scanner is side-mounted just below the volume rocker. Around the back panel is the triple camera arrangement, while the USB port and stereo speakers sit on the bottom frame. Unfortunately, there’s no 3.5mm headphone jack, but you can purchase one of Xiaomi’s earbuds.
Redmi K30S display
Arguably the best Redmi K30s specs. The flat LCD panel measures 6.67-inches diagonally. It features an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate that can intermediate from 30Hz to 120Hz depending on the screen content. That alone means seamless gaming, and with the HDR10+ support, the device will reproduce accurate details. It’s also protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 to ensure all-round durability.
Redmi K30s performance
Since the device runs a premium Snapdragon 865 SoC, the performance is always going to be top-notch. And coupled with up to 8GB LDDPR5 RAM and Adreno 660 GPU, you are sure of seamless gaming, multitasking, and colorful details. Outside of the box, you get Android 10 on top of MIUI 12. Redmi K30s camera
The camera is another aspect where the Redmi K30s that impressed as well. With the primary 64MP snapper, you will be able to record 8K videos @24/30fps and 4k videos @30/60fps. It’s accompanied by two additional sensors, 13MP ultra-wide and 5MPmacro shooters, respectively. The front snapper features a 20MP sensor for video calls and selfies. It also support face unlock.
Redmi K30s security and battery
Power is readily available with Xiaomi equipping the device with a beefy 5000mAh battery. It supports 33W charging and will take 65 minutes for a full charge. As for security, the phone makes use of a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It has been optimized for a quick response and will unlock your device in a fraction of seconds.
Redmi K30s price and availability
Redmi K30s price starts at $390 for the base 8/128GB variant. The more premium version with 256GB internal storage starts at $415 and will be available in Silver and Black colors only. As for availability, the device sold 100,000 units in the first flash sale. It will be available from November 11 on Mi.com and AliExpress.
