Redmi Note 11 Android 12 update now available in India
Xiaomi has been upgrading the Redmi Note 11 series phones to Android 12. They recently upgraded the global Note 11 units and have now released the same upgrade for those in India. However, it’s a limited rollout at the moment to allow Mi Pilots members to preview the build for bugs.
The Redmi Note 11 Android 12 update was first released for global users a couple of days ago. It’s now available for the public, and perhaps no bugs were detected, given that Indian users are now getting the update.
The update is seeding with a version number MIUI 13.0.1.0 SGCINXM. It comes with a stable MIUI based on Android 12, bumped the security patch level to July 2022, and introduced some features. Nevertheless, there have been reports of bugs after the upgrade, hence, we recommend backing up your data before installation.
