Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi released the Note 11 in China on October 28, 2021, pre-installed with Android 11 and MIUI 12. The device arrived on the international market in January 2022, running Android 11 but based on MIUI 13. Unfortunately, the much anticipated Android 12 update is yet to start seeding for the device.

Many Redmi Note 11 series stable updates have rolled in the past weeks. These builds are probably to improve performance and fix bugs while preparing the device for a seamless upgrade to Android 12. And while we wait for the update to start seeding, the global models of the Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 NFC, and Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G are receiving a new stable update. 

The latest Redmi Note 11 series stable update brings the May security patch to increase system security and stability. Also, it improves performance and fixes bugs.

How to flash Redmi Note 11 series stable update via Recovery

First, you need to download the recovery ROM and then move it to your device’s internal memory. After, you should head to Updater App and click on the three dots on the top left. Click choose update package and select the ROM that you downloaded. The system will verify the ROM, and once the verification is completed, the flashing will commence. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G is getting a new stable update with the July 2023 security patch. It’s seeding for the global users with a version number MIUI 14.0.3.0 TGDMIXM. Those in Europe are receiving a stable MIUI 14.0.2.0 TGDEUXM. It bumps their device’s Android security patch level to July 2023 to improve system security. You can download here: Recovery | OTA Apply from v14.0.1.0.

Update: May 23, 2023

Redmi Note 11S 5G Android 13-based MIUI 14 update is now released in Europe. The update is seeding with a version number MIUI 14.0.2.0 TGLEUXM and brings all the expected features. It also bumps the Android security patch level to May 2023 to increase system security while a stable MIUI based on Android 13 is part of the package. You can download here: Recovery.
