The MIUI 12.5 update started rolling out ahead of schedule with the Mi 11 Ultra, the company’s first device to run the latest iteration of MIUI. Shortly after the unveiling, developers started pushing the build to more phones. So far, the Mi 10 Ultra, Mi 11, and surprisingly Mi 9 SE have also received the update alongside Android 11. And according to reports, the stable MIUI 12.5 update for the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro has started seeding.

The update comes with all the MIUI 12.5 features, meaning the system is now lighter, faster, and optimized. It brings lots of improvement, bug fixes, and a new way of switching between notification and control center. Now, you swipe down from the upper left corner to open the notification shade and from the upper right to open the control center. Also, the Android security patch level has been pushed to March 2021 to increase security. You can see all the changes via this link.

However, the update is a Stable Beta release, meaning only Mi Pilots will receive it for now. It has a version number – MIUI 12.5.3.0 RJBCNXM – for the Mi 10, while the Mi 10 Pro is receiving a stable MIUI 12.5.3.0 RJACNXM. You can scan for the MIUI 12.5 update for the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro via the updater app or use the link below to download. And in case you’re unable to flash the ROM, it’s because you don’t have an authorized Mi Beta account or a compatible TWRP Recovery flashed on your device.
