It has been an eventful past few months with the deployment of a stable MIUI 12 update. But while many Xiaomi phone users will agree the rollout has been going swiftly, the Redmi Note 8 users won’t say the same. The device is yet to receive both MIUI 12 and Android 10, which is expected to arrive simultaneously. However, the Mi CC9e is supposedly picking up the third MIUI 12 build, while the Redmi Note 8 recently picked its first build in China a couple of days ago.
The stable MIUI 12 update for the Mi CC9e is arriving with a build number, MIUI 12.0.3.0 QFMCNXM. It will progressively arrive on all eligible devices over the next few days, but you can as well head over to system updates and manually scan for the update.
Arriving with the update are all the features of MIUI 12, which include Dark Mode, Floating Windows, Revamped System UI, New System Animation, New Control Center, and Enhanced Privacy. The super wallpaper needs manual activation as well as the new control center.
The Stable MIUI 12 update for the Mi CC9e has also bumped the Android security patch level to improve system security while fixing some bugs. And if you haven’t received the update yet, make use of the download link below. You can manually flash the update using the recovery method.
