Spotify is a streaming music service with millions of users all over the world. It’s a great way to listen to your favorite music, discover new artists, and create custom playlists. But did you know that you can also use Spotify to see stats about your listening habits?

Spotify Stats

Yes, it’s true! Spotify has a few different ways to view your listening statistics. You can see your most-played songs and artists, view detailed information about your listening habits, and even compare your statistics to other Spotify users.

So, if you’re curious about your own Spotify stats, or you want to see how you stack up against other users, read on to learn how to see Spotify stats and view most-played songs and artists.

3 Ways to See Your Spotify Stats

Method #1: Using the Spotify Web Player

You can check your Spotify stats through the Spotify Web Player on your PC. This will show you your top Spotify artists and songs of the past month. Here’s how to go about it:

  • Navigate to the Spotify web player on your PC and sign into your account (if necessary).
  • Then, in the upper right corner, click on your name and select Profile.
  • You’ll find this month’s Top Artists at the top of the page. Now, scroll down to uncover your Top tunes of the month.
  • Click “See All” to the right of each category to explore your top Spotify artists and tracks for that month.

Method #2: Using the Spotify Mobile App

Checking your Spotify statistics on your mobile device is comparable to doing so on your desktop. However, this is not as detailed as doing it on the Spotify Web Player. The mobile app only shows you your most recently played artists and playlists, regardless of how frequently you listen to them.

With that in mind, here’s how to proceed:

  • Go to the Spotify app and click Your Library.
  • Next, choose Artists, Albums, Podcasts, and Shows to see your most recently played playlists and artists.

Method #3: Using Spotify Wrapped

Spotify Wrapped is a yearly overview of your personal listening habits as well as the platform’s worldwide music trends for the year. Spotify analyzes all of the data gathered from your individual listening behavior and merges it into a custom slideshow.

This slideshow displays your most-listened-to songs and podcasts on Spotify, as well as the amount of time you spend on the app and your favorite artists and genres over the last year. Every year, Spotify releases Wrapped a few weeks before Christmas. Hence, it is expected to be released in early December. When Spotify Wrapped is ready, a notification will appear on your homepage when you open the app.

Wrapping It Up

These are some of the ways to see Spotify stats and view most-played songs and artists. Overall, checking your Spotify stats is a great way to keep track of your favorite songs and artists. With the ability to view your most-played songs and artists, you can easily see which ones are resonating with you the most. Additionally, it’s also helpful in discovering new music that may be similar or related to what you already like listening too. So if you’re looking for an easy way to stay up-to-date on your musical preferences, then consider checking your Spotify stats!
