Xiaomi has added another high-end device to its stables. The successor of last year’s Mi 11 Lite 5G debuts with few upgrades, which has seen that price increase a bit. Xiaomi 12 Lite features Snapdragon 778G paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The device runs Android 12 on top of MIUI 13 outside of the box, and a new Xiaomi 12 Lite stable update has just been released.
It’s been a few days since Xiaomi officially announced the device. They’re currently pushing a new update to resolve issues and improve the performance of the device. Both the Global and European variants are getting a new update, which has version numbers MIUI 13.0.3.0 SLIMIXM and MIUI 13.0.3.0 SLIMIXM, respectively.
And having debuted with Android 12 and MIUI 13, the device will receive Android 13 and 14, at least. How to flash Xiaomi 12 Lite stable update via Recovery
First, you need to download the recovery ROM and then move it to your device’s internal memory. After, you should head to Updater App and click on the three dots on the top left. Click choose update package and select the ROM that you downloaded. The system will verify the ROM, and once the verification is completed, the flashing will commence. Xiaomi 12 Lite is currently receiving a new stable update. It brings the August 2022 security patch to increase system security and stability. As usual, the stable MIUI 13.0.4.0 SLIMIXM has improved performance and fixed bugs. Download here: Recovery | OTA Apply from v13.0.3.0.
The European users are also getting a stable update that bumps the Android security patch to August 2022. The update has a version number MIUI 13.0.7.0 SLIEUXM, and you can download here: Recovery | OTA Apply from v13.0.5.0.
