Xiaomi will release the HyperOS update to more devices in the coming days, with many users still waiting for it. As expected, the Xiaomi 13T HyperOS update is now rolling out for limited users and brings along Android 14.

Xiaomi 13T Android 14-based HyperOS update was announced a couple of days ago, but the rollout just started. It’s rolling out for those in Europe, as expected, but only a few users are getting it. As usual, Mi Pilots members get a major OS upgrade for preview before it is released to the public. And if things go as planned, the Xiaomi 13T HyperOS update will arrive for more people in two weeks.

The update is rolling out with a version number OS1.0.2.0 UMFEUXM and weighs about 5.2GB. Aside from delivering Android 14 and bumping the security patch level to November 2023, the Xiaomi 13T HyperOS update brings other features. The Control panel has been revamped, and the weather app redesigned. There have been improvements in animations, connection, and performance.

While the update is rolling out via OTA, you will not receive the upgrade with an unlocked bootloader. We recommend making sure your bootloader is locked while you wait for the OTA or installing via the Recovery method.
