Early today, Xiaomi announced that it will soon release Android 11 beta 1 for Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, through the official MIUI tweeter handle.
The update is to arrive as a part of MIUI 12, but that was a huge probability as the device is yet to receive a stable MIUI 12 build. However, that’s now certain as users in China starts receiving a stable MIUI 12 on their Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro.
The update has a build number, MIUI 12.0.1.0 QJACNXM, and weighs in at just 820MB. That is surprising for a major update to come in that size. The Redmi Mi 9T, Mi 9T Pro, and Mi 9 received a bigger sized MIUI 12 update globally, but none of the supposed features are missing. Below are some of the features of MIUI 12 that will be coming to both Chinese and global Xiaomi phones.
