Xiaomi Redmi 10X Pro Android 12 update released
Xiaomi keeps working on Android 12 upgrade for their eligible phones, with Android 13 a few months from public rollout. The company has released the current Android OS to a handful of users in the last couple of weeks, while the Redmi 10X Pro Android 12 has just arrived in China.
The Redmi 10X Pro debuted pre-installed with Android 10, making it eligible for two Android OS upgrades. It upgraded to Android 11 last year and now getting the much-anticipated Android 12-based MIUI 13 update.
The update is available for select users at the moment with a version number MIUI 13.0.2.0 SJLCNXM. From the changelog, all the expected features, including the new security enhancement, Mi San Font, Crystallization super wallpaper, customizable AI, Mi Smart hub, are part of the package.
Also, there have been system improvements and bug fixes, while the Android security patch level dates May 2022. The OS is bumped to Android 12 to introduce features like the permission notification. You can check the complete changes here.
