Xiaomi Redmi A3 launch date officially confirmed

Xiaomi will have a busy few weeks with all the launch events they have announced so far. The Chinese company will bring the Xiaomi 14 series phones to the international market this month, but they will release the Redmi A3 before that. The entry-level phone, which has not been on the news, will arrive in India next week.

Xiaomi Redmi A3 launch date officially confirmed

The Redmi A-series remains the company’s most affordable lineup. We have seen the release of the A1 and A2, and it’s time to release the Redmi A3. According to the official landing page, the device will arrive on February 14 at an event in India.

Aside from confirming the Redmi A3 launch date, the company confirms some details of the phone. It will debut with a 6.71-inch 90 Hz panel. Unfortunately, we don’t know the processor powering the device, but there will be a model with 6GB of RAM.

While the device will retain the 5000mAh battery as the previous generations, it’s no longer a Micro USB port. Redmi A3 has ditched micro USB for Type-C port, and we expect a 10W charging speed.

As reported earlier, the device will feature a circular camera island, ” All-new premium Halo design.” It is unknown how many sensors will be fitted in it, but we believe a primary sensor and depth shooter. We will learn everything about the phone after the February 14 launch.

Xiaomi Redmi A3 price and availability

Xiaomi has not confirmed the Redmi A3 price, but we expect the price to remain under $100. And while the launch is taking place in India, the device will also be available in other regions globally. Hopefully, we will learn about the launch date in other countries soon.
