Download the MIUI 12 update below…V12.0.1.0 QJZTRXM
Xiaomi has been ditching out the stable MIUI 12 update for months now, with the Redmi Note 9 Pro, Note 9 Pro Max, and Redmi Note 9S still running the pre-installed MIUI skin. A couple of days, Xiaomi executive, Alvin Tse, alleged that the update will start arriving this month, but hope came crashing when a new MIUI 11 stable update was released for the device this morning.
However, it turns out Xiaomi wanted to start the Stable MIUI 12 update for the Redmi Note 9 Pro in India. Going by the recent reports from users of the device in India, the device is now receiving a stable MIUI 12 update. The update is coming with a build number, MIUI 12.0.1.0 QJWINXM, and weighs in at 755MB. It comes along with all the features of MIUI 12, which include Dark Mode, Floating Windows, Revamped System UI, New Animations, and among others.
For the super wallpaper, the function isn’t activated by default. To enable it on your Redmi Note 9 Pro, you should follow this guide here. Also, the new control center needs to be manually activated, and again, this guide here will help you.
As usual, the update is currently arriving for limited users, and depending on their feedback, a wider rollout might commence. However, you can head to System Updates and see if the update has arrived on your device, or follow the download link below this post.
And if you’re already running the new build, we would like to know your experience so far, especially with the new control center. Also, does the super wallpaper work after manually activating it?
