Xiaomi is currently rolling out the stable MIUI 12.5 update globally with Redmi Note 10S and flagship Mi 11 both on the latest build. It won’t be long till it gets to all eligible phones including, the Mi Note 10 / Pro that’s currently pushing a new stable update. The build brings a new security patch to increase system security and stability. It also prepares the device ahead of the planned MIUI 12.5 upgrade.
The latest Xiaomi Mi Note 10 / Pro update is available in Europe. It brings the April security patch, which is now outdated, given that some devices are already on the May security patch. However, the current build must have been in development for some time, and hence, the patch level. We expect a new update to arrive with the latest patch, and hopefully, it will come alongside the much anticipated MIUI 12.5.
And while we wait for MIUI 12.5, it’s recommended that you download the new Xiaomi Mi Note 10 / Pro update when prompted. However, you might wait a bit longer before receiving a prompt notification, as the build is on a limited rollout for now. Only a few selected users are getting the Stable MIUI 12.1.4.0 RFDEUXM update that comes in a 712MB package.
Although we recommend that you wait for OTA, there’s a link below to download the ROM manually as well. But given that the update isn’t available for the public yet, it might return an error message. Of course, with a compatible TWRP Recovery installed or an authorized Mi beta account, you will bypass the server lock.
