If it is not, then you can confirm that the problem is from the previous browser used. However, if it is still there, then you can try one of the troubleshooting methods below.
2. Disable hardware acceleration settings
Hardware acceleration is most likely the cause of the YouTube Green Screen error, and disabling it can fix the problem.
In Internet Explorer
- Type internet options in the search field, and click on it from the displayed result.
- Go to Advanced tab and check the Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering box.
- Click Apply, and then OK.
In Chrome
- Click the menu icon in the top right corner, and select Settings from the menu.
- Click on Systems.

In Firefox
