Lenovo S5 Officially Announced in China
Lenovo has officially announce Lenovo S5 in China with dual rear camera arrangement. The mid-range smartphone will be available in 3 memory configuration of 3/32GB and 4GB RAM + 64/128GB. It is expected to compete with recently unveiled Xiaomi Redmi Note 5.
The Lenovo S5 debuted with 5.7-inch 18:9 aspect ratio panel of 1080 x 2160p resolution. Behind the power house is Power efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chip, coupled with 3/5GB RAM with 32/64/128GB internal memory. Out of box, S5 will run latest Android OS Oreo 8.0, onboard ZUI 3.7.
On the camera is 13MP (RGB) + 13(Monochrome) primary camera and LED flash, all arranged vertically expect for the fingerprint scanner which has been placed below the camera. On the front panel for selfie is 16MP snapper, while 3000mAh battery also came aboard.
Pricing and availability of Lenovo S5 in China
Lenovo S5 3/32GB memory configuration has been priced at 157$, while the 4/64GB memory combo has a price tag of 189$. For the bigger version 4/128, it will be sold at 236$. For now, the phone is only available through official Chinese channels.
