[Update] MIUI 12.5 Enhanced update arrives for Redmi Note 9 Pro in Turkey

Attention is slowly turning to MIUI 13, even though many phones haven’t received the upgrade to MIUI 12.5 Enhanced. The company recently announced the third batch of the rollout, which is likely the final phase. It’s expected that all eligible phones will receive the update by next month, and that’s in time for the release of MIUI 13. The next iteration of MIUI is slated to arrive next month, and we expect a swift deployment of MIUI 12.5 Enhanced. As expected, Redmi Note 9 Pro in Turkey is currently pushing the update.

It was only a matter of time before the update starts seeding for the device users, given its eligibility status. A couple of hours ago, the update arrived in India for the Redmi Note 9 Pro in that region. The Turkish models have started receiving the update, and it comes with the anticipated features. They include Atomized Memory, Liquid Storage, Focused Algorithm, and Smart Balance. It has also introduced the Memory Extension function.

The memory Extension feature converts part of your internal memory into virtual RAM. Depending on your device’s internal memory configuration, you get 1GB, 2GB, or 3GB virtual RAM. You can enable the function after upgrading your Redmi Note 9 Pro in Turkey to the latest build here. 

Meanwhile, the update is seeding with a version number – MIUI 12.5.2.0 RJZTRXM. It’s a limited rollout, and hence, it will be available for Mi Pilots. They’ll preview the build for bugs, and if there’s none, the update will start seeding for the public in the coming days. Xiaomi has released the Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5 to the Redmi Note 9 Pro units in Indonesia. It’s a limited rollout at the moment and comes with a version number – MIUI 12.5.2.0 RJZIDXM.
