Xiaomi is now dropping a new stable update on Mi 9T Pro. The update is arriving with a build number MIUI 11.0.8.0 QFKCNXM, and from the version number, the update is China Stable ROM. It will progressively arrive on all compatible Mi 9T Pro units running Chinese Stable via OTA.
However, if you are using Global Stable or Chinese Developer ROM, you can perform a clean upgrade via fastboot update. We have added a link so you can manually download and flash the New Mi 9T pro stable update.

Flashing Guide
If you’re on the latest and official Chinese stable ROM, you will get a notification for the new update through updater app. You can as well check the updater app.
Meanwhile, it’s good to perform a proper backup before upgrading your device, especially when you’re upgrading via the fastboot method. Depending on the ROM you’re using [ Global Stable/China Developer ROM], the device bootloader might need to be unlocked. Check this guide here on how to unlock the bootloader.
