Last week, POCO F1 Android 10 started arriving for some users believe to be on the Beta program. Meanwhile, the update is arriving for both Beta and Stable users, but it did stir up confusion with the build number. Before the POCO F1 Android 10 began to arrive with MIUI 11.0.4.0, the device was on MIUI 11.0.5.0 Stable. From the look of it, you have to downgrade to get Android 10 on your POCO F1.
Fortunately, the update is still arriving, meaning it’s a staged roll out and will still get to every compatible device. As of today, users in Europe confirmed they have started getting the update while it’s yet to arrive for some users. The POCO F1 Android 10 update is still arriving with the MIUI 11.0.5.0 stable and weighs 1.9GB.
The update fortifies the device with the January Security Patch to increase system Security. It fixed the bug with second space notification shade not opening and sometimes won’t open on first space. There’s also an improvement targeted to Game Turbo to enhance your gaming experience.
Currently, the POCO F1 Android 10 is arriving in some parts of Europe, and it would be easy to tweak your location and see if the update we grace your device. But before that, you should go to updater app, click on the three dots at the top right corner to reveal the settings, then select “receive update earlier” after that, go back and scan for the update.
Otherwise, you can follow this link and download the ROM and flash it on your own. However, we recommend the process only if you have flashed MIUI ROM before, because any mistake might brick your device.
