More Redmi Note 7 users start receiving MIUI 12 as the new Note 8 Pro update arrives on more units
It’s been a couple of weeks since Xiaomi released the Redmi Note 7 MIUI 12 update. As of then, the update only arrived on a few selected devices, but it’s now being pushed to more users. The Indian Redmi Note 7 users are the ones receiving a MIUI 12.0.1.0 QFGINXM update, which weighs in at 579MB.
The update brings a new control gesture and also optimized the control center layout in landscape mode. It has enhanced brightness and improved color for wallpapers in Dark mode. The issue of black light flashing after unlocking in some cases has been fixed, among other minor issues, as well as the introduction of a new camera Pro mode features and description.
