Stable MIUI 12 update released for Redmi Note 7/7S users in India

Xiaomi has now started sending out a stable MIUI 12 update for Redmi Note 7/7S in India. The update is arriving weeks after it was released for the global and EEA users. However, you might not get the update on your device just yet as it’s still Beta Stable build. Only a few users are expected to receive the update for now and will start arriving for everyone after the preview stage, which is expected to last for a few days.

The stable MIUI 12 update for Redmi Note 7/7S is arriving with a build number, MIUI 12.0.1.0 QFGINXM. It weighs in at 476MB and comes along with all the features of the new Android skin. Also, it brings fixes for some bugs, optimization, and new gesture control for the new control center. As for the super wallpaper, you can activate it on your device following this link.

To scan for the new update, you should head over to Updater App, and if you’re lucky, it might be there. And in a situation, you can’t find the update, exercise some patience, and over the next few days, the notification for a new update will come. However, for those that want to download manually, the link is below this post, but sadly, you won’t be able to flash the ROM if you don’t have an authorized Beta Mi account.
