Xiaomi has officially announced the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G in India. The device arrived in the country under the Mi 10i moniker and will be available on mi.com, Amazon India, and all official Xiaomi offline and online outlets. It’s the same phone as the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G that debuted in China last year. The phone features Snapdragon 750G SoC and a primary 108MP snapper. That’s probably the device selling point.

Meanwhile, the first Xiaomi Mi 10i stable update has been released. The update is for system optimization and stability. It comes with a version number, MIUI 12.0.3.0 QJSINXM, and will arrive via OTA. However, you can download the ROM and all Xiaomi Mi 10i stable updates from the links below.

How to flash Xiaomi Mi 10i stable update

To flash the ROM, you’ll first download the appropriate ROM version using the links below. On completion, move it to your device’s internal memory. Head over to System Updates and click on the three dots at the top right to reveal “choose update package.” If that’s not there, head over to this link and learn how to activate it. Proceed by selecting the ROM you downloaded to initiate the process, which will take a few minutes to complete.

A new update has been released in India for the Xiaomi Mi 10i. It’s a security patch build to increase system security and stability. Update: September 13, 2021

A new Xiaomi Mi 10i stable update has been released in India. It’s not the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition, but a fixed build. The update is seeding with a version number – MIUI 12.5.2.0 RJSINXM – and you can download from here: Recovery. Note: The update bumped the Android security patch to August 2021 to increase system security.

Xiaomi has started pushing the MIUI 12.5 update to the Mi 10i in India. That took some time considering that the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G and Mi 10T Lite have, which are basically the same phones have received the update a long time ago. Update: 11/05/2021

The second Mi 10i Android 11-based MIUI 12 update has been released. It brings April security patch while making the new Android OS available for more people. As usual, it’s a limited rollout pending when the preview is completed. However, you can download from here and install manually.

According to Mi 10i users, the Android 11 update for the device is the best MIUI 12 based Android 11 build. It has a version number – MIUI 12.0.1.0 RJSINXM – and comes in 2.5GB package. Check the full post here.
