With their latest MIUI 12 Android skin now available in stable ROM, the company has been rolling it out to eligible phones, starting with Redmi K20, Redmi K20 Pro, Mi 9, Mi 9T, and Mi 9T Pro.
Thus far, all the aforementioned devices have received a stable MIUI 12 update, but with how updates are rolled out, few users are just getting the update. Now receiving a stable EEA MIUI 12 update is the Redmi K20 Pro/ Mi 9T Pro.
The update is arriving with a build number, MIUI 12.0.1.0 QFKEUXM, and weighs at 1.1GB via Updater app. It comes with all the features of MIUI 12, while bumping the Android security patch to June, fixes bugs and optimizes system performance. To flash the update on your Redmi K20 Pro, download the ROM ( recovery), move it to your device’s internal memory. Go to settings > About Phone > System Update, click on the three dots at the top left corner and select an update package. Look for the ROM you downloaded, click on it for the process to start.
