[Updated] POCO X3 NFC now receiving its first stable update in all regions

The POCO X3 NFC is expected to arrive in India on September 22, which is exactly three days from today. The device will debut in the country with an improved RAM, slightly higher battery capacity, and will be offered from INR 19,999 ($270). Surprisingly, Xiaomi has just released a new update for the POCO X3 NFC, with India among the regions getting it, albeit the phone isn’t currently available in that region.

However, that’s normal. The update is currently on the server, which means that after activating your POCO X3 in India, you’ll be graced by a new update, which is pretty cool.

The build is to improve system stability and then reduce lag. Depending on your region, the update will arrive with a different version number. On the global models, it’s coming as MIUI 12.0.2.0 QJGMIXM and in Europe as MIUI 12.0.2.0 QJGEUXM. If you’re in Russia, you’ll receive a 235MB sized update with a build number, MIUI 12.0.2.0 QJGRUXM, and MIUI 12.0.2.0 QJGINXM in India.

Thus far, only limited users have received the current build, but you can always scan for new updates manually. Also, you can follow our download link and manually sideload the ROM using the recovery method.

The second Android 11-based MIUI 12 update for the European POCO X3 NFC has been released. It has a build number – MIUI 12.0.6.4 RJGEUXM – and is currently available for Mi Pilot members. If you have an authorized Mi Beta account or TWRP Recovery, you can download the ROM via this link and flash.

POCO X3 Indian version remains on Android 10, at least for now. The device is pushing a new stable MIUI 12.0.10.0 QJGINXM, which bumps the Android security patch level to April 2021 to increase system security. Xiaomi is pushing a stable Android 10-based MIUI 12 update to the global POCO X3 NFC. The update has a version number – MIUI 12.0.9.0 QJGMIXM – and weighs in at 671MB. It brings the May security patch to increase system security and stability. As usual, the rollout is only available for select users, but you can download here.

A new update with the May 2021 security patch has been released in Europe for the POCO X3 NFC units. It’s a 176MB package that’s arriving with a version number – MIUI 12.0.8.0 RJGEUXM to increase system security and stability. A new update for the POCO X3 NFC in Indonesia has been released. It brings the May 2021 security patch to increase system security and stability as wait for Android 11 continues in that region. The update is currently seeding with a version number – MIUI 12.0.7.0 QJGIDXM – and you can download here: Recovery | OTA (Apply from v12.0.6.0).

Xiaomi has extended the May security patch to the Russian variants. The stable MIUI 12.0.9.0 QJGRUXM update – has increased system security and stability, but sans the much-anticipated Android 11 update. However, you can download the new build here: Recovery | OTA (Apply from v12.0.7.0).

Turkish stable ROM users are now receiving a stable MIUI 12.0.7.0 QJGTRXM update that brings the May 2021 security patch build. Finally, Android 11 is available for global variants. The update comes with May 2021 security patch to increase system security and stability. As usual, only select users will receive the update, but you can download from here. Note: after upgrading, you won’t be able to use third-party launcher.

Xiaomi is pushing a stable MIUI 12.0.1.1 RJGINXM update to the POCO X3 in India. The update weighs in at just 90MB to optimize performance and reduce system lag. The European models of the POCO X3 NFC is now getting the much anticipated MIUI 12.5 update in Europe. It is seeding with a version number – MIUI 12.5.2.0 RJGEUXM – and brings the July 2021 security patch. The update comes in a 997MB package and you can download here.
