Redmi Note 8 Pro, Note 9S, and POCO M2 are getting a new stable update

While the Redmi Note 8 Pro and Note 9S have both picked up the stable MIUI 12 update, the POCO M2 is still languishing in MIUI 12. Yesterday, the company announced it will be launching the successor POCO M2 on November 24 and will possibly debut running the MIUI 12. Maybe after the unveiling, the POCO M2 might finally start receiving the update, but for now, the device has just started receiving a new stable update, alongside the Redmi Note 8 Pro and Note 9S.

The stable POCO M2 update is based on Android 10 and is coming with a version number, MIUI 11.0.5.0 QJRINXM. It will progressively arrive on all eligible devices after the preview, which will last for some days. Also, the Redmi Note 8 Pro users are receiving a new MIUI 12 update.
