You might be wondering how Redmi 7A MIUI 12 update is now seeding, but the Redmi 7, which is probably a better phone, has been delisted. Well, that Xiaomi for you, and there’s nothing we can do about that, but hopefully, something changes so the device can start receiving the update. It doesn’t look like it, as the company begins sending out a stable MIUI 12 update to those Redmi 7A users in its home country.

The Redmi 7A MIUI 12 update is on limited rollout at the moment and will probably take some days before appearing on all eligible units. It comes with a version number, MIUI 12.0.2.0 QCMCNXM, and will arrive via OTA. However, you can download the ROM using the links below this post and then flash via the Recovery method.

The update arrives with most of the MIUI 12 features including, Dark Mode 2.0, New control center, and others. It brings optimization to the control center and fixes for the home screen going black and flashing light after unlocking in some cases. Check the full changes below.
